How to make a great cup of coffee (Cheap).

Instant coffee is fast, but, a great cup of coffee requires time, tasty coffee beans, a French Press and personal timing.

When using the blade grinders, i suggest rocking it back and fourth for a even grind, 4 min seems to be the best time for steep, after that bitter elements from the beans will become extracted, it is all according to taste of course. Give it a good stir before you press, i stir it until a the brown foam or "creme" rises to the top. If done right you will have a nice tasty ring of it after you pour! Like the salt, Putting in a dash of cinnamon in with medium roasts is delicious, Enjoy! .

I realize every time I use french press, there will have some coffee power leak out. it that normal? if not how to solve it?

@microdac You grind it too fine, in a french press the coffee should be corse like kosher salt
