His name is Sean Maloney BTW. The reason he talks like that is because he suffered a stroke not too long ago, and recovered from that.

People who are making fun of Sean Maloney's voice: he suffered a stroke a few years ago and lost his speech as a result. He had to learn to talk using a different part of his brain.

Meanwhile ARM has 90% of mobile market share, if Intel keeps aiming for fastest on the market they will only be cartering to ever decreasing already small demographic. Is Intel late in the game here? Perhaps, ARM is slowly making its way to the desktop as well, that would really bring fierce competition to an already chaotic scene. AMD also appearently has dropped out of the race for best performer to focus on mobile solutions and low watt server solutions. Next two years will be very exciting.

He speak that slow for the chinese or whatever country they are at, so they can understand and translate for people that don't understand english. If you don't like it then don't listen to it.
