  • Gilad is on Discovery Health's FitTv every day. Not all cable stations carry this channel.

  • I used to watch Gilad every morning. I always wished I could train and workout with a guy in as great of shape as Gilad. Not sure what happened to his workout shows. I hope he is doing well!
