If you claim he "didn't want to give autograph", think about it: the CD dropped and his bodyguard, or whoever was it, told him to hurry up. His life is hard, he's in a constant rush, he barely has time for himself. It wasn't his fault! You got this one disappointed fan, but at the other hand you have thousands happy fans. Just stop hating and overreacting
