Lol at people saying God saved him. If thats god's helping then I guess he was bored and decided to mess with this guy by mind controlling him to cut his hand with a knife. God was like Jigsaw in this case.This is all in human nature, we get super strength when the brain recognizes that we are in danger by releasing adrenaline, increasing our pain toleration and heart beat to escape the danger. This happens in all living creatures we know off.
