Have you ever wondered why diet and exercise alone rarely get you the results you want. If our leptin levels were normal, your brain would tell you that you are full, stop eating and burn fat.
eat a decent breakfast with protein (I use spiralina and sprouted seeds/beans in my green smoothie) have a big salad and/or fruit for lunch, salad with avocado or a little cheese and olive oil dressing for dinner (no carbs). Do this without snacks and get some light exercise and it is pretty much guaranteed you will lose the predatory hunger and start to lose weight pretty quickly.
@stupidnamenoonecares Did not work out at all. Too hungry between 12PM and 6PM. It could have worked with time, who knows. Not much success in weight management in the last year. This morning I've reached a 5-year high: 190 pounds. 170 pounds would be very satisfying. I've started to eat better today.
50% of North Americans? Maybe the USA but I wouldn't be so quick to throw Canada in there. Also our brain ignores Leptin signals b/c of all the fast food people are exposed to nowadays. The combination of Sugar, Salt and Fat is deadly. The FDA knows this, Insurance companies know this, and this is why there is no Universal Healthcare. They would be losing out on all the money, it's better to poison the population and keep them sick so they need medication, rather than regulate food properly
Man this doc is right, I need this product and fight, because my diet not working I need to get thin, feel light. Leptin resistance I need alright. I need my jeans back no more hungar, live healthy and eat right. The real battle has begun, lets drop our forks be commited and have fun. eat slow, rest well, get yourself a partner, just do it pal. Take each step, dont give up, run hard on the tread mill, you will vomit and throw up. dont listen to haters, tell them to shut up.
Today I started some kind of leptin diet. I eat three meals a day. I feel it's going to be tough not eating anything between 12PM and 6PM!!! I look forward to seeing the results!

@MisterQuebec how did you go? i couldn't do it till i kicked the cola habit. now i'm cola free and doing this it's working a treat.
not fast! but surely it's coming off and i'm not hungry all the time and not craving rubbish.
BTW 12-6 is too long. you should space 4-5 hours, your going to feel too hungry by the last meal.
