http://www.selleygroup.com The fundamental steps of what the first-time homebuyer can expect when initially meeting with Cherise Selley, who is a top-producing Colorado Springs Realtor, are brought to the forefront on this video clip. Two particular steps are openly discussed as per Colorado real estate law first, involves Buyer Agency Agreement and second, includes Transaction Brokerage Disclosure. While some people might experience some confusion about these terms, Cherise Selley helps to clarify what each of these actually means. The Buyer Agency Agreement is actually a contract between the Colorado Springs Realtor and his or her client. On the other hand, the Transaction Brokerage Disclosure is just that. Its not a contract. Instead, Colorado Springs Realtors can assist the potential client about Colorado Springs Real Estate, but as a disclosed neutral party only. 90-95% of Cherises clientele over the years have opted to sign the Buyer Agency Agreement, and of the first-time homebuyers, 100% have contracted under this arrangement. Contact Cherise Selley today to learn more at http://www.cheriseselley.com.

  • @jvolstad Gordon here. I watched your videos and am sorry about your injuries. I, too, have had unfortunate injuries (4 neck surgeries, plus much more) and I identity with the chronic pain syndrome. I'm praying for your full recovery. As far as your generalized comments regarding Realtors and your tone of criticism, I encourage you to consider that not each agent works exactly the same, and that running a brokerage and working full-time (70 plus hours/week) with clientele is not easy at all

  • @jvolstad I've haven't had the opportunity to work on your behalf, so I'm confused about your comment. Hopefully you have not had an unpleasant real estate experience in your past with another agent. Best to you...
