Unfortunately, Islamic Movements have failed to bring about any change of this magnitude. These uprisings are not Islamically motivated, and most protesters want justice and freedom, not an Islamic State. Which is saddening since you cannot have true justice without Shari'a Law and you cannot have freedom from western systems and ideologies except through a proper understanding of Islam.

there are clear islamic undertones, chants, alleigance to allah and the prophet being proclaimed. how do u expect people who have been oppressed for decades and not given exposure to detialed islamic teachings re: politics etc to be sophisticated in their call for islamic change? it will come. there are islamic undertones and they are undeniable.

@fazzamin , absolutely agreed, BUT I WANT TO ASK YOU ALL A VERY SINCERE QUESTION , TO THE MUSLIMS I MEAN , : if these goverments and rulers , are indeed the Opressive rulers that the prophet saws , mentioned , AND we see them falling one after the other , THEN have you already asked your self , whats NEXT, and what did the prophet said : KHILAFA 'ALA MINHAJI NUBUWA , a caliphate according to the way of the prophethood , so here you GO , here you have the future laid to you plainly by him SAWS

@rossman1rb Faith is not a subjective thing, anything won't become true just because you "believe" in that.. whatever belief you hold, you must have an valid arguement, that's rational, that all humans can agree upon, only Islam have that answer to human beings.

Christians and Jews will be treated as "the people of the book" in a islamic state, which means they have rights. Difference between people are for their own good, so they will not have the same form of punishment for crimes as muslims.

@Khalirabee In an Islamic state what happens to the Christians, Buddhists, Zulus, you name it? They are marginalized to the point of irrelevance. "An Islamic state is bound to distinguish between Muslims and non-Muslims, and also precisely states what rights will or will not be conferred upon non-Muslim citizens"(Abu al-Mawdudi)

IMHO I believe that we ALL come from the same creator, we can ALL enjoy Peace and Happiness in the Afterlife if we ALL treat each other w/ kindness and respect. Peace

@rossman1rb and if u want to present us the secular states of europe as examples ude better clean them up first cause there is a great social and financial crisis going on because of secular capitalism...which is falling apart ofcourse...

women arent really women anymore...they have women bodies but do not think like women, they want to be men thanx to secular governments which bomb their mentlity with so called "women rights" through women walking around naked...
