Softbank is the most unreliable mobile phone company in Japan! It's disgusting that Apple only chose this piss poor company to supply the iphone.
Prior to sales last week, there was ZERO advertising by Softbank and they do NOT apply their usual services to the iphone.
I personally believe the whole iphone thing to be one big scam and it's only going to get worse.
Softbank has terrible customer service, extremely poor coverage for signals and very high charges!
