When you do the reverse lunge, you need to do the lunge first, then the shoulder lateral raise. Doing them at the same time takes less away from the shoulders, and the weights, in reality, don't move as much. Doing the reverse lunge with hands at sides, then do the raise as you hold the lunge, is way more effective. Not that this isn't, it's a great move, but that would be a better way of doing it, in my opinion.
I am a C.S.C.S. trainer, so I do have a little experience.

The exercise combos are kinda dumb though. People can squat way more than they can overhead press, so why use the same weight? Your limiting your squat development. I'm guessing it doesn't matter because this workout is more like cardio than weight lifting anyway, in which case, that's fine. But be sure to do a REAL squat weight lifting workout at another point in the schedule with heavier weight.
