Just so I know, once you had saved it on to your ipod, you should be able to use the search engine and read the contents without internet/wifi.....
however, once you want to update it, you have to go back on web and synchronise your device again....
actually, i am interesting in the app too, anyone can provide some feedbacks?

HI there I am a nursing student. I was wondering
(1) do you need to have a wifi connection or internet connection to be able to access the drug, lab and medical dictionarys. Like if im working where there is no wifi or internet connection will I be able to use this app on my ipod touch 4g??
Do I need to sync the application on a wifi connection before each use?
