This is really just an overlay of the Dissidia character models onto the old models, along with some cover music by other artists not affiliated with this "project".

I wouldn't really call this a "remake project". More like one guy with too much time on his hands and rendition-swapping methods.

To be honest, an FF7 remake is not necessary quite yet. FF7 is already a grand time as it is, and it's quite obvious that it's still very much present in everyone's minds. We'd have just as much fun playing the original than a remake if we got one. What exactly do we expect to get from a remake? Improved graphics? Pshh...

It's far more pertinent to make an FF5 and FF6 remake now. Those games seem to have been forgotten and underplayed. THEY need a remake.

@kallumsmart1 Fairly certain that is the PC version... not an emulator. There's a ton of mods for higher-res models and stuff out there.

Square never said that it would take 30-40 fucking years. That's the dumbest shit I've heard about it yet. They said 9 years, and they were exaggerating. It's a bullshit excuse. ALl they have to do is graphics work and voice acting. Everything else is already there for them. It's not that hard to pre-render still environments.

It just looks as if your playing it on Playstation emulator and make the graphics spot on n messed around
