Another version, JET DIVES AT HOUSE is at:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_v_WkVwptw

This was recorded approximately 8 minutes after a jet airplane made a low swoop over a farm. It was impossible to record it when it happened, but a witness description was also video tapped immediately afterward saying that it "dive bombed," or made a low dive over the house (in this video). The jet was still in view and videotaped as it continued to circle. A stunt airplane in the same area at the same time was also recorded.

The jet was identified as a T-38 Talon, an advanced, twin engine, high-altitude, supersonic jet. The camcording was made in 1993, when T-38s belonged to the military. The jet swooped so low over the farm that it made a deafening roar that shook the house and everything in it. When the witness first heard it, the witness put film into a 35 mm SLR, ran out, took a picture, returned, found and inserted a cassette into the witness' camcorder and ran back out. This probably took over 5 minutes. The jet was still circling, not as loud, and higher. The witness videotaped a good shot of one dive as the airplane rolled into the turn. This was an extremely dangerous maneuver because other aircraft were in the area, e.g. the stunt pilot in the video. Low altitude acrobatics by a fighter jet are illegal maneuvers over a civilian area especially because this is a recreation area. The witness asked the neighbors what was going on and they said it was dive-bombing the house. Later the witness learned that it had caused all the close neighbors to run out of their houses. (In June-while attending a work-related on-base meeting-the witness had placed an advertisement, requesting that government informants contact a local UFO organization, in the Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) newspaper, the Skywriter. the witness' phone number and the organization's address were included. Eventually several informants were interviewed, including some Project Blue Book personnel and a man, who said his father flew in with the Roswell debris. The first week in August, the July 1993 issue of the Ohio UFO Notebook was distributed. It contained articles about WPAFB, on-base photographs, informant related articles about WPAFB, and UFO related information about other US military bases. The WPAFB historian and other people had invited several UFO researchers to attend several meetings on base and they had been in several classified areas. Perhaps this had irritated someone.) This video was made with a VHS recorder and then digitized through another camera. This is why it is not too clear and shows tracking imprints. The witnesses do not live near a military airport, or near Wright Patterson, and there was no air show going on in the Ohio area that day. They have never had a fighter jet circle the farm at any other time. They do live near a large recreation area with stunt pilots, ultralight and custom-built aircraft, powered parachutes, model aircraft, hot air balloons, and similar low flying civilian craft. They are near civilian airports and used to jets traveling over. Sometimes on holidays low flying Blue Angel type flights go over. The initial sound the jet made was much louder than 4 or 5 low display-type planes all at once. (In comparison two display F-16s swooping low over the same area, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIJxb7pF5v8, did not shake anything or sound as loud.) By the time the witness taped the plane, the sound was not as loud meaning the plane was higher. People don't run out of houses when normal jet traffic, or demonstration flights go over. The Northrop jet is the only supersonic trainer in the world, used by few countries, and was used with the SR-71. Aircraft have intimidated members of the local UFO group. One member, a pilot, was interviewed about UFOs on a local TV station. About a half hour after the show, a low-flying Huey flew to his house and circled it in a firing position. His daughter is a commercial pilot and the family watched this. The helicopters probably came from the Ohio Air National Guard at Springfield Ohio. Maybe someone knew the pilot and it was a personal activity, but, on the other hand, maybe someone in the government decided to intimidate those involved in UFO investigation. (Several other members are pilots -- one died several years ago in a crash, while flying a glider.)

Dive Bomb means a steep directed dive, e.g., Tree Swallows Wikipedia. This type of activity has also been reported in the recent Stephenville, Texas, accounts:

In an effort to preserve this part of Ohio's history, collections of UFO-related material are located in the Rare Book Room at the Ohio State University, the Ohio Historical Society's Archives, and at the Wright Patterson AFB library. The local group's publications, including a description of the pilot's family's observation, can be found there.

  • Wert kernd of er jert wers it?

  • Fighter trainer T-38

  • U can tell this is fake; at one point u can hear the RC prop engine. my brother used to have rc prop planes that looked like jets. (I think he may have had this model, but I can't remember)

Some1 just superimposed the sound of a jet over the actual sound from the tape. I've heard real talons, too; they're twin-engined, and the engines produce a whining sound along w/ the sound of the exhaust you hear w/ every jet.

  • That is not an RC engine. It is the sound of the stunt airplane, which the jet was very close to when it was flying low. The stunt airplane is a prop and shown at .33.
