you can also add a tin of spinach puree which you can get a most shops.i have made this loads of time its really nice.

@benoumarmaria i think the inside is kind of heavy aluminium, if the shipping fee was not high i would have bought one for you here ( it's so cheap here and good).

What could i use instead of cassava leaves?

@saifon2007 You can use lettuce leaves, chop the lettuce and boil them for 10 min. Then remove the chopped leaves from the boiling water and use in this recipe.
It won't taste as 100% cassava leaves sauce but it's taste good.
