Rachel Brice in Chicago

I was lucky enough to get to see Rachel Brice at Sonya's show last night in Chicago. A couple years ago at a belly dance seminar I picked through hundreds of dvd's and found one of Rachel Brice.

Her picture on the cover blew my mind and I've been a big fan of Tribal Fusion ever since. Rachel is amazing to see live. If I get the change I'll definitely go to another one of her shows.

Unfortunately I didn't go to the workshop I only went to the show. I did wait after the show to meet her and get my picture taken with her, she was extremely friendly and down to earth. :)

I have to admit i´m not one of the biggest Rachel´s fans out there but this is one of the best dances i´ve ever seen, it´s not only brilliantly executed, its also beautiful and so full of emotion, i can´t get tired of it. I got to see it live a year ago and it really touched me. Thanks Rachel for allowing her to post it!!!

Rachel is soooo great as a dancer an as a person. I also went to one of her weeklong workshop on march 2006 and it was awesome. Great teacher, great person, great dancer. I'll be attending her class this year at Spirit of the Tribes 07

I went to one of her workshops in early '05 and it did kick my butt! It was really great though and she was very nice and helpful. If you haven't gone yet, you will love it!
