Whomever made this video is a moron (lulz)... I'm talking shortbus.
A large majority of my friends are hipsters and I could be considered a hipster by some (myself included). That being said, you got the dirty-folky-hipsters in the opening shot, the guy at 1:39, and the tryhard/g*yF*g at 0:38, but all the other people were NOT hipsters. Know how I know? Because they weren't "cool" or "in" at all.
In retrospect, most of the people were just SoCal BS dude-bros. IE dude-bros at 1:21
