Others are "forward head," where the head juts forward; and, to compensate for that lack of alignment, sway back (which results in slack abs and tight lumbar and hams). These, along with the rounded shoulders you addressed here, all come from sitting, slumped, at a desk all day, staring into a computer monitor. Anything to correct the whole posture would be greatly appreciated.

you could go to the cage and do warm up sets and thats how they warm up if its not a back day on a split no reason to do back
