  • hi pj its domenic here how are l was wondering if you can help me out lam 86kg but l still cant see any form of abs what so ever how low do l have to go to see any form of abs its driving me crazy abit l been training hard but still nothing l hope all is going well for you mate domenic

  • @domfrommelb27 Hi Domenic, it all depends on yr fat %age. Generally, for men, you need to be under 10% body fat to see some abs. Core exercises will strengthen and promote abs but removing fat by eating correctly and doing regular cardio is crucial. Stick at it. Cheers, PJ.

  • must have been a fun journey!

  • @zappafan136 Well, it was for the first 3 weeks in the beginning but then I realized I had another 49 weeks to go!

  • I'm glad that you were able to get back into shape and that your skin didn't get permanently stretched out from the fat.

  • @ThatOtherTom Even though I got back to my original weight in 6 months, it took a further 3 months for my skin to regain it's elasticity so I was definitely worried for a while but thankfully, as I have noticed with my clients, the longer you stick to it, the better the results. The key is to lose the weight steadily, not necessarily rapidly and never cut corners such as extreme dieting etc.

  • Bloody Kudos to you! I've lost 56 lbs, but my mind seems stuck at 168 lbs. I've been here for two years now, but I really want to get to at least 140 lbs because I'm only short, getting older and I'm fed up of it now. How did you get over the addiction? (ps - I am back to working out 5 days a week. 2 gym, 2 classes and 1 swim)

  • Hey PJ quick question i have lost 100 pounds around December 2010 I'am 16 years old by the way and with that much weight lost i have to put up with Lose Skin i herd it takes 2 years for it to attach back to the abdominal wall so to speak. But i became a Body Builder around August 2011 so i gained the weight back but not Fat But i quit that sport to much money goes into that so would i have to wait a little longer to see the skin come back or do i need surgery to get it remove..

  • @Killhiswaffles THis is definitely true. It did take a little longer but with willpower, anything is possible :-)

  • @DeejayNovus Always love my fellow Greeks! Thanks for spreading the word :-)

  • @hiner76 I stuck to 5 weight sessions per week at 45 minutes each and 15-20 minutes cardio every day. It took me 6 months to lose 40kg (88lbs)

  • @jkbigfoot LOL...Thx!
