I've been on a lot worse as well, including one that rocked so hard, it was impossible to keep the camera still, and I'm not meaning minor movemnts, either.
That'll be up mid September, if I got the timeing right.

That's why I say ride more than once, to verify an issue.
Since you've ridden it so much, you don't need to, but he hasn't, so he should've gone a second time.

@georgef551 I rode it about 50 times yesterday. It's not a freak problem, but Andrew made a bigger deal out of it than necessary... That "drop" is not that bad, I've been on elevators that are MUCH WORSE...

I would've tried the downward travels again, to be sure the drop wasn't a freak incident.
At least they kept the "ACME" counter dead. There's a plus!
