@deafghost52 Any program as complex as this that is it enough to create a person, in fact, makes this person exist, becuase, what is the soul more than information?. I agree with you: the man is real in the ayreon chronology, as a character and as soul himself. The fact that is made of ones and zeroes by a promgram doesn´t make him less human nor his emotions any less real, and not this song less aweosome nor less emotional, knowing the road is diffrent from walking it.

@XQuantumFailureX actually, on the contrary, i'd say this man DID, in fact, exist (within the context of the Ayreon series, of course), cuz on the Universal Migrator albums, the mars colonist experiences each of his past lives in order from most recent to the oldest (and then eventually experiences the events from the big bang to the beginning of our solar system). Of course, that was a different program (the dream sequencer program, whereas this is the human equation program....)
