@mafiaman256 when you know what its like to be singled out and kept down you will understand the greed of capitalism and the people here had no civil rights and when the protested the British army killed 13 civilians and they called themselves a democracy

@XxshughesxX "Rich Venezuelan" doesn't mean anything now that Chavez has taken away the wealth of the country. Chavez is a communist dictator, and I don't care who knows it. Venezuela has been corrupted by this diseased son of a bitch. Even for the poor Venezuelans, life has gotten yet harder for them. The communists allow the thieves, drug dealers, and murderers to roam the streets freely. I'll also remind you that Chavez has oppressed all civil rights-including that of free speech and press.

What about Hugo Chavez's own coup d'etat in 1992 in which he was at the head of a military group trying to overthrow the democratically elected government of Carlos Andres Perez. ? Nobody mentions that one.......

As a proud Venezuelan, Chavez is both a monster and a murderer. They should of killed him when they had the chance. By the way, if you wanna know the true events of what unfolded April 11th through April 13, I recommend you read a book called "The Silence and the Scorpians". i Fuera Chavez, viva la Republica de Venezuela!

@DEMF2000 What? After the failed coup attempt of 2002 do you think the US just gave up? Given the US's history of criminal activity against democratically elected governments in Latin America, are you really so ignorant as to believe the US propaganda war and subversive activities against the Chavez government simply ceased in 2002?
There has never been one instance of personal corruption against Chavez. Note too that the bias Western media make no mention now of the US lead April 2002 coup attempt against the democratically elected leader. Think of the difference in the Latin American leaders list now, if that return to military dictatorship had succeeded. He had the backbone of the Andes while Bush proved unworthy of a hill in the Rockies!

... Yet, he like Castro and other CIA-assassinated Latin leaders was in constant danger of having his life snuffed by the 'democratic' US. Who would have had the 'balls' to tailgate Bush who scurry around South America with Chavez attracting all the attention? Who would come to the States to lambaste Bush, who needed Condi's note to advise him on not pissing himself? What balls!!!
