  • Yeh if you ask a business person who number one goal is to make money sure they will say that. but ask consumers who have no power against big business, when a product seriously or fatally wounds some one.

  • It doesn't take an attorney to know that we need to make arbitration preferable to litigation; make the losing parties pay; seriously limit class action litigation; ban attorneys from advertising; fix the fraud and abuse in tort litigation; and reform securities litigation. Ask any business person who hopes to develop and grow their business. Otherwise, thanks for a decent overview of these issues.
