After that "Houston" fiasco, and with this being a huge story in the Soundboard Community, I knew I had to touch on this in some fashion.

Anyway I finally got the idea that Duncan would be escaping from Prison, and make his getaway in some kind of hot air balloon type contraption, which I included for the sole purpose of using the song 99 Red Balloons.


For anyone wondering, the postcard he carries is a shoutout to my friend Emily, sort of an inside joke.
