"Alive To Be Happy"

a piece i wrote a tad back . .was a great day, a great night . . i sure miss writing, it does so much for me . . ahhh it's like going to the bathroom; such a releif. the song is by "Bob James Trio". I really like their stuff and am getting into healthier music. Heavy metal has been proven bad for me. You are what u eat right? whatever's in you can very naturaly come out of u . . so . . i'ma stay away from death metal for a while. I wish i had more ta say . . but my writing says it all . . rejoice in the midst of choas, for if u dont have hope and faith, what DO u have? to me the glass is always half full . . sometimes i even fill it up with imaginary water . . very dangerous
