  • @cat22203 wow, now it's you who should open a book to learn about the history of civilizations.

Hadn't been the muslim scholars and scientists who started by translating the greek scripts, improving them, creating new scientific fields and arts during centuries, there woudln't have been any fuck***g "western civilization" many centuries later.

It's so sad that you exclude the contributions of the arabs and muslims from the process of building the basics of CIVILIZATION.

    Thank you. Peace.

  • Iran loves Lebanon and the Lebanese people, Inshallah!

  • @CFrostyTheSnowman Sure, it´s not physical oppression. But you called it "evil" many times... That´s gotta be oppressing. Your dismissing entire cultures and identifying them as the "evil" as if their obliteration would lead to anything... Identifying any aspect of society as THE reason for some random problem is as much of a stupidity as killing in name of god or whatever.

  • @Rolaloka24 That is your way of looking at it. I see religion as one of the leading factors in damaging humanity. You say enriching and important say EVIL and damaging. I don't really see how fighting against evil and damaging things are oppressing them. And when did I actually say I would oppress them? All I said is I can not support hezbollah or any other fundamentally religious organization. Not supporting someone is hardly oppressing them rofl.

  • @CFrostyTheSnowman I agree that it´s best to handle political and social issues with secular minds but to oppress any belief, however incompatible with your thinking it is, is unacceptable. To position yourself against a cultural construction so rich and so important such as the contemporary religions is as irrational as fighting against values just because they´re out of the reach of your faith.

  • @DAV93 Screw god no one knows for sure he/it exists. I'm all for the liberation of occupied nations like Lebanon was by Israel. But the religious aspect is extremely dangerous and I can't support it.
