I purchase the rack around september last year and it works for me I also add the tredmill 28 mils. a week and lift weights in gym and at home along with shadow Boxing and punching bag and for the dips with the rack I purchase a weight belt with chain to add more resistance. I ve been doing this since lat may and I lost 94pds along with a good diet and no fast foods and fried foods and pork. it can be done by just doing it I could have done this a long time ago but I am only 29 so its ok.
