this is very unfair i agree i as well lose my twins at 17 weeks and they were a baby to me

this was a utter shame for these women, thankfully in britain a birth cert is issued before a death cert and has been this way for many years, sadly miscarriage still goes un reconised which breaks my heart i have suffered 5miscarriages since 2004, and also a childloss/mscarriage support leader.

My mother had a stillborn baby boy named Parick, when I was 10 years old. It was terrible.

that is so awsome that 23 and 25 years later she is getting birth certs for her sons. She's an amazing women, I had a stillborn last july 2006 and i was lucky enough to get both a birth and death cert, a stillborn baby is much as a person as a child that is one or two days old.
I will be forever in debt to the MISS foundation... My daughter Ava was stillborn Dec 9, 07 and because of MISS - New Jersey had already adopted the Missing Angels legislation and I will have both a Birth and Death Certificate for her... because she was Real... she was here... and it's something mothers need that no one else can possibly understand. Thank You for posting this.
