The nuclear fallout from Fukushima will, once exposed to the environment, change into the active ingredients of chemtrails ? (barium and strontium)..
Amongst other things Haarp-wise -- 'active' as in, these elements are required in the atmosphere to facilitate the holographic visuals necessary to convince people there is an alien invasion or some-such event occurring.. i.e. UFO visuals etc..
Google "Project Bluebeam". (Not sure of this fully myself but..)
So, again, yet another possible chaos-event-opportunity for the elite to use, further implementing their 'one / new world order'..

This possible event scenario does sound out there but.. it's information worth knowing in the case of such an event actually occurring.

When Dutch first developed this little theory about Fukushima having ANYTHING to do with Blue Beam, I attempted to nicely inform him about the gaping hole in it, my comment was removed. It will take approximately THIRTY years for them to decay into barium and cesium... it's called a half-life. Additionally, these particles are plentiful in the air already, thanks to chemtrails, so why would Fukushima be significant to Blue Beam? @rolomail The same spirals have been observed in other countries. The Norway spiral was a HAARP drill from the Norway HAARP facility. The drill was scheduled and even published beforehand on their own website, but few people paid any attention to it. Some people republished the schedule on youtube.
