@penguin2cute101 Backstroke is the second easier after freestyle. The most difficult is butterfly, then breastroke. Have you ever swum in your life?

i'm swimming the 100 back next weekend at state. i go 54. i won districts. and i'm a sophomore

@milhoan22 thats a pretty good time. Im a fresman and my pb is a 1:05 but your lookin in great shape for your goal. Just keep a fast recovery and kick and keep your pull close to your body.

i swim a 1:07 as a freshman i hope i can make it into a D1 collage for swimming backstroke in 5 years

Im going 1:04.82 and 3rd best freshman in my section. Probably gonna take a second off of that this week.
