Joey Alvarado, owner of Socal MMA & Fitness and creator of Combat Kettlebell Systems and kettle-jitsu, demonstrates a series of bodyweight exercises involving kip ups, rolls, and combined bodyweight movements to help develop conditioning and agility.

Bodyweight Exercise Agility Workout Instructions:
Complete sets A and B with a 60 second rest between sets. No rest between exercises in set B.

Bodyweight Exercise Agility Workout:
A: Worm to Peak Out to Kip Up - 4 x 60 sec
B1: Chango Monkey Drill - 4 x 30 sec
B2: Granby Roll - 4 x 30 sec
B3: Alternating Rolling Pistols - 4 x 30 sec
