Elvin Hooper KNOWS what he's talking about! He should be consulted for all approaching Hurricanes and/or any other strange phenomenal weather on the Outer Banks from NOW ON!

Hello -- Yes, Mr. Hooper, turns out your prediction of a new inlet and possible pavement disruption was correct -- I bet it will be awhile til that inlet is filled with sand again. I saw it on TV from a helicopter on CNN. I also say, please post a follow-up video, will be interested to hear if that inlet broke through where you predicted, and how you all fared.

Kristina and Elvin .... nothing on the Weather Channel, CNN or anywhere else was more intelligent, insightful and interesting than your interview. I am staying here
