Do u apply your mask everyday? And how long do u leave it on for before washing it out?

You cannot use vegetable oil!!!!!! It will clog you pores , you can use olive oil as it has nutrients for the face and the mulicules are too big to clog pores

Nice and quick. Just one thing....you dont need to mash a WHOLE avocado. a medium slice of avocado is more than enough for one face...also instead of vegetable oil, you can use extra virgin coconut oil. That and the olive oil is much better.
