Against the Revolt, the revolt is faster if it's on hardpack. If it's up a hill, they're very close as you can see from the videos. Top speed is probably 5 mph faster in the sand with the revolt. Against the Riot, the turbo RZR seems to pull away from it in all instances, but mainly hill climbs primarily due to the tires they had on them at the time. I think with better paddles, they would have done a lot better on the climbs.
