We have the highest prison rate in the world. Higher than China, higher than Cuba, higher than any country in the Middle East. We are millitarizing our police and our border. We have gotten rid of habeous corpus and trampled of the constitution. We are torturing and making arrests without fair trials. We are violatng international law by invading countries without a declaration of war and water boarding prisoners. If you don't think we're a police state then you're not paying attention
