Metra in Wood Dale with Tresspasser after cops lecture us about railfaning. (HD)

A trespasser goes across the tracks as me and Eric discuss the reasons that the cops had to talk to us, almost causing us to miss a train. READ WHAT HAPPENED HERE:
We got our first shot of the night in at Wood Dale Rd just after a squad car went by. They stopped in the Shorty's parking lot and walked over to us. They took down all of our information (age, names, date of birth, home address) then lectured us about how this could look like a terrorist act. This unfortunately adds another incident to my list of nearly illegal actions which has previously included an airsoft incident. I railfan Wood Dale all the time and get nothing but friendly waves and horn shows from the engineers so I don't see how this could be a problem. I talked to a detective, and had mentioned why people think recording trains is a act of terrorism and he told me that terrorist record things while planning their attack. That is why when cops stop you they mention terrorism. They are only looking after the U.S.

The cops hassled us a few nights ago for railfanning, just after some people were trespassing all over the tracks. Just bad luck, I guess. D: Told us we couldn't hang out near the ex-Southern signal tower. Now how are we supposed to tell when a train's coming?! xD
