Waste Free Lunch - Reed School students help the environment by bringing reusable plastic containers

Students from Reed Elementary in Ladue talk about why it's import to bring a waste free lunch. Reed Elementary was awarded the first ever Green School of the Month award today, October 7, 2009, by EcoLifeSTL.com for their sustainability efforts, such as Waste Free Wednesdays. The award is not only an honor, but a way to share with other schools how they can take meaningful steps to make their community greener and teach students ways they can make small changes that have a big impact.
