Who would have thought that a notepad and a pen would be your best friend when it comes to weight loss or your getting in shape exercise. Record what you eat. You'll be suprised what you find out -especially when you at some point calculate what you 'spend' your calories on. Make sure that what ever goes in your mouth fuels your body! Everything will not help your wellness.
When you work out your notes will show you where you have been in your program and to where you have progressed. It can be very rewarding to do this. But the pen also not lie, when you are not doing well with your commitment it will show on your performance.
