What a load of drivel. These are Royal Marines Snipers not RAF Regt. Couple of combat indicators.... Guy being interviewed is wearing a GREEN beret, the location is Woodbury Common in Exmouth, Devon (Just outside CTCRM), the officer being trained has a GREEN beret and RMC Flashes on his shoulders and finally, the reporter even says "Royal Marines".

As for "RAF REGIMENT RULE".. Well, go to any proper military site and ask for their opinion of the RAF Regt.

@jimbobbification well said, nice to see someone with sense. Also, the Regiment don't use the snipers that are seen in this video, to further enforce your point. However, I should say out of fairness that the regiment do sometimes wear green berets, but not in these circumstances.

@RAFrgtAircadet look, I'm not going to have stupid internet arguments with Cadets. It's slightly unfair to start slamming the views of children anyway. There's one clip of a blue beret, the rest is quite clearly Royal Marines. I don't really care who trains Army Helo pilots either. Adversity, please tell me what adversity the RAF Regt face that any other member of the armed forces doesnt? Infact, don't answer that, you haven't even served so your opinions are invalid.

@jimbobbification you r a peice of poop, at 0:12 you can obviously can see a bloody BLUE BERET!!! As for the marines, arms interchange in training. The RAF train the Army heli pilots! Anyway if you go to a proper military site and ask them they will agree that RAF REGIMENT RULE!!! PER ARDUA! for u dumbs that means through adversity. PS u smell!

@Xios55 depends training is same as anything else, i was in raf regiment, ill be honest u wotn see any action, u will be miles away from the front line, last year 15 squadron came bk from a 6 month tour of duty in afghanistan and out of every gunner in the entire squadron they only fired 4 shots , 3 were warrning shots at road blocks and 1 was and ND (neglagent discharge) so if you want to join the military for contact and real soldiering i would recommend something like the rifles

@jimbobbification Aye but this is a pretty standard thing for RAF reg to do! I was looking at Herrick videos and the RAF reg were using alot of Royal's phots!!
