Nurse Shadowing Program

Nursing education has not changed in over 30 years. When times change, education must change with it. Too many new nurses are leaving school feeling underprepared and having to learn "all over again" or even worse, participate in intership programs (an extension of school) at the hospitals that hire them. We want to be respected in the Health Care Profession. How can we do this is no one thinks our schooling is adequate to begin working upon graduation??

my school doesn't offer this either (not that i'm complaining about their program) but this would be awesome :-)

This is exactly what I was thinking, My school does not have us shadow at all.
