He is saying " get up there" if you would listen correctly. I have so much respect for this family and Radar. He has such a wonderful past, and hopefully present in winning at the state fair and all across Missouri and Arkansas. Radar actually belonged to the current owner's father before he passed. It is amazing to watch him jump...I have saw nothing like it until watching this! The crowds get all riled up, and it is just a great thing to see! I love this mule, and the family that owns him! :)

Lol, I think that the man should be called Crazy Guy and not the mule! :P

huh ho hahuhahuhuhu huthoot hah, that would get annoying!

mules are a little different then horses. they are more sturdy and hardy, so they can jump from a stand still. horses cannot do that (well that high). but yeah it was pretty cruel for the man to be screaming at him like that.

yes its cruel to yell at them but some mules are trained by certian noises and if they dont hear them, they dont jump. its more and likely what the mule was trained to jump to that certian cue.

it's not mean to for them to jump, but if the mule didn't make it over that is when he got mean with him. That is why djjluckey was saying he was mean

I have been to the last 6 years of these mule jumps and they are awesome. Yes if he dont (the mule ) go over he gets so mad. Poor mule
It's not cruel. That's the cue that the mule was trained to wait for. Mules and donkeys are much, much different than horses.

How is that cruel? Don't coaches yell and rile up the players? To me it sounded like he was saying "get down"? Every time he said it, the mule got lower until he said "go" and then he shot forwards and over.
