  • 2:17 did she say the F word? lol

  • NO, she says the bugger's on the outside.

  • 5:30 i had one of those when i was a kid, it had a range of about two feet!! not miles like they try to portray in this...

  • YES I agree. Also if this was just a great idea, why didn't they just get Bongo to go and buy one of these radio controlled cars on the outside, instead of risking all with that nonsense of getting it out of Wentworth in the first place.

  • Sure, just put the bags of coke right in the back of the little car, don't bother wrapping them up in paper or nothing, just two free floating bags of white powder. And no one notices the hole in the fence so big Doreen could go thru it sideways, with Bea on her back ... Its slipping, this show, it really is.

  • why doesnt she just walk over and pick the toy car up?

  • @Sheri451 oh, glad they can help.

  • @meetthefocker2 I guess they're born this way. I know a boy that was born with the same condition. They operated on him a few years ago and he's doing much better.

  • @Sheri451 Really, what could cause that?

  • @meetthefocker2 I thnk she had a twisted intestine

  • @Sheri451 Do you know what caused the blockage?

  • @meetthefocker2 Yes the baby monitors were long range. But I don't think they make them that way anymore, due to hearing other people. And Heather ORourke died from some kind of a intestinal blockage, she was born with it. She died at age 12. They were treating her for something else when she was making the last Poltergeist movie, her body was so swollen, it looked like they had her on steroids.

  • This whole business with the remote control car is the silliest (sub)plot for quite some time...

Not that that's a bad thing...

  • @Sheri451 Oh yeah, I remember that movie. I liked the bit where the guy on the bicycle with the beer fell off after they swerved the cars under his front wheel! Those baby monitors you had must have had a long range to have worked from across the street. Oh you know the little girl in Poltergeist who played Carol-Ann? She died in real life from cancer.

  • I can't decide if it's the drugs I've taken, the alcohol I've drunk, the acting I've just witnessed or any combination of the three, but this to me seems like perfect PCBH. Most fans talk about Bea and Vinegar Tits, and rightly so, but this underrated period helps define Prisoner too. After the trivialities of Marlene and her cockroach races, here are some really meaty issues that make you think, while entertaining you. Beats EastEnders any day.
