[Please make sure your phone has at least 50% battery life, but the more the better. Also its always a good idea to remove your SIM card before doing this kind of thing]
Warning: I wouldnt recomend install a new splash screen if your current one is from a carrier such as tmobile, as I do not know where to get the original splash screens from incase you wanted to send your phone in for servicing

@bigshit131 During Updating you need to Kill the Active Synch Task from the task manager

@TIMEMACHINE165 yes it makes a HUGE difference. make sure ur splash screen is compatible wit ur UK hd2 or u risk bricking ur phone. this is also true for any software u flash to ur phone. including roms.

hey, fantastic video, got my htc hd2 last week, can i install hspl, without losting all my data? might be a newbie question, but got to check lol also its a UK tmobile, not sure if that makes a difference......
