And ... it's been the public perception that the industry is not regulated enough.
And I think the thing that is working against everyone is the non-uniformity and the confusion that exists in the minds of the public.
And the anti-hydrofracking hysteria is probably the clearest example, when there is no real evidence that hydraulic fracturing is the source of the problems. It's what's commonly blamed whenever a problem arises.
