I upload this sonata in order to show the "serious" composer Czerny in contrast to the wide spread idea of him being a lesser composer of didactic works only.
Czerny wrote this sonata in 1810 and published it as his opus 7. It consists of 5 movements:
I Andante, Allegro moderato ed espressivo, Andante
II Prestissimo agitato
III Adagio espressivo e cantabile
IV Rondo, Allegretto
V Capriccio fugato, Tempo moderato
Franz Liszt is known to have played this sonata on several occasions, which should speak for its value. Here Daniel Blumenthal plays on a recording from 1994.
