3-2-1 Contact segment from Growth/Decay. You will see a pregnant mother going to the hospital to do an ultrasound and to see how it works. You also will see a birth of a child. This is from 1980. Eventhough technology changes, the procedure is still the same today.

  • dang, i was in love with that girl!!!!

  • Trini was gorgeous!

  • @nyredbull2010 Not all of us 70's babies were into Trini. Lynda Carter ruined every female for me. 5 years old and I wanted to be married to Wonder Woman. Come On! A cleavaged superhero twirling and hopping and bouncing on TV!

  • I think all of us guys born in the early to mid 1970's had Trini aka Ginny as our 1st crush! Probably effected our selection of future girlfriends and wives? Did mine ;-)

  • "We don't call it a 'baby' because it needs to be dehumanized, so we don't feel guilty when we dismember it and suck it out with a vacuum."

  • I was 5 when this aired and I can actually remember watching this segment. I had the biggest crush on this girl.

  • What a doll. Thank you Warriors for introducing me to her. <3

  • @BenjaminWirtz I know a few parents myself who have changed after seeing the ultrasound. They would have kept their babies anyway, but that made them very much pro-life. An excellent book about the myths and illogic of the abortion industry is "When Choice Becomes God" by F. Smith. Worth a read for folks who believe science, human rights and logic are on the side of the abortionists.

  • @brucefetter

Yup, especially now that its quality has improved so much. There are many examples of people changing there views after viewing an ultrasound.
