The problem with Effingham is this. They think that because we have two major interstates crossing through, that we need a shitload of Hotels and Banks so that people can stay in our town, and visit. What do we have for them? No major mall, no good restaurants (we need a Chili's or Applebee's), no Best Buy, no Target, NO FUCKING RECORD STORE! We've got NOTHING! Come on board members or whoever is in charge of what comes in town, DO SOMETHING about this.
