How do male gymnast develop their biceps to get so full & muscular.I like the soft muscle tone that gymnast have.Do they lift weights at all to tone the biceps?
Kipping isnt the issue. It's the lack of space allocated for full extension of the arms on the dead hang portion. Being a former gymnast I would venture to say that only a small percentage of people can do muscle ups outside of the Gymnastic/CrossFit community.

hey, i agree with you, but i'm in that percentage of people =)
i do not train gimnastics, or crossfit, and actually i can do muscle ups easily
