heya, hope you enjoy this. It's a bit better with sound track "Teaching myself to Dream" by Katy Rose but they didn't have that here when I checked. Kyte.com has it thought. Go fly a kyte LOL

@sanny320 The program shown here is Project Dogaffle. This is the freeware version also known as PD 1.2 available on download dot com and thebest3d
There are several versions too for various amounts. from zero to 159

@Talz1803 no full layering system in the gfree version. The full version has more, but no opaque layers. Tons of effect layers though. The free version has an alternate image buffer which can act one layer for blending with the main image buffer

If you think the freeware version is amazing, you're gonna need a whole new vocabulary of accolades for the Pro versions and the latest PD Howler.

Can this only be used to edit pictures or can I animate using it too?

Hi, good question. This is NOT only an image editor. In fact it is more a paint program, PLUS it does allow you to paint over a sequence of images, and do all sorts of things across such frames, thus create an animation. The Pro version 3 and 4 have some great features beyond the free version but here's already some examples from the fre version:
