Featuring first, the 2011 Youth Ethics Summit hosted at the University of Washington Institute for Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine, then second, Life Sciences Research Weekend 2010, where hundreds of biomedical researchers met thousands of families and children at Pacific Science Center, and third, the 2011 Student Bio Expo, where students presented art and science projects in categories ranging from music to molecular modeling to global health.
These events and more are presented annually by NWABR, the Northwest Association for Biomedical Research. Outreach and education programs are funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), our members, and contributors like you.
