smartphones arn't meant for gaming but....you can get a nintendo ds on a smartphone,and a 64,playstation,and gambboy advance,and color,and sega consoles aswell,ofcourse they will not compete with official handhelds or consoles,but again they are phones,and technology is still advancing over the years,whos to say they won't make a good shooter on the phone that has great graphics like cod one day or battlefield.

@ToonSxO I agree with you 100%,smart phones aren't very good gaming at all,they don't have proper home consoles them the games are just good for the phones only.

The king of handheld is Nintendo with dsi-xl outselling everything which comes in path and the games are great on it,now we have 3ds console in 3d this system has sold very well in couple of days and it's been out for few days.

The games on 3ds are far better than any handheld and smartphones,there is no competition against 3ds.

@sukhi2000 dont you hate those dumbass statics people who say the smart phone will take over gaming? they obviously never played Call of Duty or Halo 3 online with friends, i mean video games alone sell more that the top three phones today combined, and majority of those smart phones arent being bought for games, 90% of smartphones are used for business, smart phones taking over gaming my ass lmao that shit will NEVER happen

Not being funny the phones have crap games on them,there are nothing like console gaming.

Hardly none of the games are exciting.

I would never buy a phone for games it's a big joke for gaming.

3DS has proper console type of games already it has good games and it's 3d,which will show real 3d graphics.

I think phones are failure for gaming,there isn't much variety of games such as Super street fighter 4,mgs 3,re mercenaries,dead or alive.

Just movie ties and basic racing games.
